About this game

3 Cosmonauts bite the dust of Mars

What goes up must come down.
One way or another.
Help 3 Cosmonauts on a not so stellar mission
to cleanup debris cluttering the Mars base.

Be challenged to land the rocket safely on the Mars base. Vaporize or explode debris out of your way down. Use boosts and tilt your phone to escape a bad course. Acrobatic steering skills and a healthy portion of luck will help you to succeed the 52 missions.

Gravity Lander was developed by Büro Destruct for the GameCulture programme of Pro Helvetia, the Swiss Arts Council. GameCulture is drawing attention to the social, economic and aesthetic aspects of computer games and exploring the characteristics of the genre as an emerging art form. Various events and projects are taking place throughout Switzerland from autumn 2010 to 2012.

Simple, but well built game. It's even educational for kids.

Although very short, I did enjoy it especially since it is free with no ads. Artwork is great even if there are limited colours involved. Adobe air wasn't too much of a hassle to get installed but you're playing within seconds so it doesn't matter. You've got time.

Intentionally "classic" blocky graphics highlight this simple yet fun little physics simulation. Starts with a very good tutorial. A bit short, though; doesn't take long to get through all 40 levels.
