Update..... I emailed the developer. I got a response almost immediately. They cancelled the "subscription" and refunded the extra charge. The extra charges shouldn't have happened. But, they dealt with it in a timely, professional manner. So, overall, decent app, good CS. . Beware! The single month option does not work! You will be charged monthly until you cancel your subscription through Google Play.

The one time only subscription does not work. Once you sign up you will be charged repeatedly every month unless you go into your google play store account and cancel the subscription. I contacted customer support and they said they were unable to do refunds. Inappropriate that a customer keeps getting billed erroneously at no fault of the user. This happened to me both times that I used it.

This app is terrible. Loading a camera requires a password, then it shows about 4 frames before freezing. To see it again, you need to back out and enter your password again. It doesnt matter if im on wifi or 4G, and I can watch HD streaming video, so it's not my connection. The browser version uses Flash, and it doesn't even load the camera. Don't waste your money on a subscription, you won't be able to see your dog either way.
