Very interesting app with significant and creative features that would be great for someone who uses only one device. But it's backup and sync solution is beyond clunky because the app insists on using a folder which modern Android does not give access to. This reduces it's usefulness dramatically.

Thanks for your review. The issue is caused by new Android security restrictions. An update will be issued soon, allowing the NoteLynX folder to be moved to Documents, which is easily accessible.

It's an OK app and I use for all sorts of notes and reminders. However the data is stored in the android/data subfolders which are now inaccessible after Android 13 meaning my data is now irretrievable. The use guide says to sync it with Dropbox which used to be OK with previous Android. Also the backup option saves it in the same area - the app doesn't ask where to save backups.

An alternative to Dropbox is to sync to OneDrive using the OneSync app. This currently is able to access the android/data folders and works well. Thanks for pointing out the issue. The User Guide will be updated.

The best notepad for those wants something richer than the conventional simple notepad, but u must study the Users Guide to make good use. Kudos to the developer: you are a genius. I want you to make the title of each opened page remain below the Tools Bar while the page is scrolled underneath, this is necessary to keep in view the title of the files longer than the screen. Security, pls enable option of password for the projects. I still retain my former notepad for this two reasons.

User Guide updated to version 8.12.7. New instructions for cloud backup and sync. If you have an older version, run "Update User Guide" from the Project List main menu.
