About this app

As a mobile customer of three you have with this app your customer zone everywhere and thus your costs firmly under control. You will immediately see the consumption of your included free allowances, the current cost status and also invoices and individual call lists of the last months.

In the customer zone, you can also find information about your contract and can make service settings. Your customer password protects sensitive data, e.g. See and manage all your phone numbers in your contract account. In addition, you can optimize your tariff by activating additional packages. Use the three guardian angels, you get here any time additional quantities.

See remaining free units (minutes, SMS, data volume) in the current billing cycle

The customer zone is also accessible via the browser www.drei.at/kundenzone.
If you are in the network of three, you will be recognized as a customer and come without logging into your customer zone. Nevertheless, we recommend registering under "My Profile". The advantage of this is that you have access to the customer zone worldwide on any device with Internet access - which is important for an immediate telephone number lock in the event of theft.

It's very slow and unresponsive (just try navigating settings), they spam Google ads on the main page of the app, and the language selection doesn't even work, this is just disappointing and unprofessional.

Be careful, Drei can turn you into a perfect victim for the 3rd party Scammers with subscriptions you never knew were made. So you can pay over 100€ on your Bill not knowing why. Of course this would be very easy avoidable, but i guess Drei earns provisions from this Scam subscriptions. If only the 3rd Party Services were already blocked when you register with Drei, all this waste of your money could have been avoided. But protecting you and your money is bad for the bussiness.

Can't login to the app anymore, thought I have an account. Even if we assume that I forgot the password (which I didn't), password recovery window says "User not found". Same whether using my email or phone number. What do I pay for? Terrible service Moreover it doesn't provide language selection options
