About this game

Sherlock is a computerized version of logic puzzles, where you're presented with a series of clues that help you to determine the exact locations of all of the images on the playing board. The puzzles are all 4x4, 5x5 or 6x6. Each row of the playing board contains images of the same type (faces, houses, numbers, fruit, street signs, letters, etc). The game scrambles the locations of the items in each row (without showing you their locations) and then presents to you a set of graphical clues that describe the positional relationships of different images. You use the clues to deduce where things can't be (and where they HAVE to be) until you know where all of the images are located.

50,000 puzzles in each size for a total of 150,000 puzzles! The puzzles in the Free, Pro, Ultra, and Zen versions of the game are all unique, the four versions of the game share NO common puzzles.

Great version of the Windows game I grew up with. Game runs smoothly and is nicely divided in 4x4, 5x5, and 6x6. Plenty of puzzles to go around If I HAD to remove a single point (which I won't) it's because I miss that jaunty tune that used to play in the windows version, and the midi-rendition of hallelujah when you solved a puzzle. but that hardly detracts from the gameplay

Solid classic from way back, tight deductive thinking is needed to solve the puzzles. Mobile platform controls take a little getting used to, and if you're new to the game, the clues require a little reading to understand, but once you grasp the concepts, there's plenty of good thinking knots to untangle. No ads, and it's amusing Kaser kept the original SFX. Worth the money if you like deep, but uniform, logic puzzles. Excellent for waiting rooms, layovers, and (cough) extended bathroom breaks.

This is a great logic game and I have enjoyed it for years. I was very excited to see it modified for this small screen format. The UI choices make it easy to play on the go :) The only thing I wish were different in this version is if it had a darker set of images to use or a way to apply a custom set. Edit: Thank you, Everett! The pictures worked swimmingly!

It IS possible. There are four image sets built in, which can be selected in the OPTIONS dialog. Also, it's possible to replace (override) one of the built-in sets with a set of your devising (provising? :-). Send me an email at everett@kaser.com and I can send you specific directions on how to do it.
