Frustrating to use. I love freebirds but app is so annoying to use, I often eat elsewhere. Always have to input my location even though location is on and I only eat at one store. Toppings aren't always inputted when you select them. Orders reset if you click the wrong button. And worst of all, I can't check out half the time due to issues validating the order. I'm done using the app and most likely the restaurant. Taco cabana isn't as good but it's a hell of a lot less annoying to use the app.

The previous version was 10x better than this. Don't make any mistakes on any of your orders. The app so not intuitive enough to realize that you want to make a change. Any selections after that no longer work. You can't move forward without selecting cheese when there isn't cheese on that slide??? Go back to the drawing board please. Almost as if ordering ahead is being discouraged.

The previous version was easier to use. It is very non-intuitive. Also, while I was building my burrito, the add to cart button was partially hidden, so I couldn't find it at first. Then, when I tried to go to my cart to pay, the app crashed and when I opened it up, my order was gone. Also, making us scan a printed receipt is a terrible idea for adding points. Look at the Whataburger app. They just scan a QR code on your phone, and the points are added to your account
