a few key things missing. overall, it's a good platform. What prevents a 5th star; first, the insane amount they charge on both ends. They're essentially taking a 30% cut! other easy fixes; I have to manually delete my bids to remove them from quotes when they're outbid. I also wish there was a way of hiding requests I'm uninterested in. And many people are getting away with giving out personal info and taking business away. Last; the points on the map are extremely inaccurate.

The app used to be really smooth. It needed a few minor improvements, but it was reliable. Since the update however, I can't spend 15 minutes at a time on the app because it freezes constantly. I also can no longer type additional messages to customers in the bid section. I'll click in the box at the bottom and it will pull my keyboard up for about 1 second, then close the keyboard. I know you developers are working hard on this and I appreciate your work. This is just frustrating as a shipper.

I've used uShip a few times and have had a positive experience overall. However the way that uShip handles messages is quite confusing. There are questions about an item, messaging to the shipper, and also you get the seller's contact information once the item has been booked. If they ever streamline the messaging functionality I'll give it more stars. Also uShip charges the shipper 15 to 20 percent of the total, and also adds a fee to the user on top of the agreed upon total.
