1 star due to booking a ticket before making an account, and not being able to add that ticket to my account. Will make 5 stars if this is implemented. I need to add this ticket to my account.

Hi Braden Keith, you can search for you ticket by using the Manage Journey page and clicking on Connect ItaloPiù to associate the ticket to your Italo Più account

App with an overall low quality feel, login rather difficult with the password field randomly resetting. Generic error messages all over the place (wrong password at the login also results in a "try again" error. I definitely should not try again in this case, should I?)

Slow, and requires internet connectivity to display the tickets you purchased. Without internet connectivity it doesn't show the tickets.
