Terrible! Had the app for a few years and opened using biodata. Then, suddenly, it asked me to use email and password to open the app and log into my account. Since then, it doesn't let me in. Says that it's not available to me and now I cannot see my usage, my bill, or upgrade! Shocking stuff. I've deleted and redownloaded multiple times, but still the problem persists.

Absolutely useless app which compliments an Absolutely useless network perfectly. Been on O2 for many years, have about 7 devices added to my account. Also had the app for many years, but as of late, both the network and the app have become unbearable, to the point the app won't let me log on anymore. Call 202 but they are just as useless. Roll on next year when I can move all my devices to a different, more reliable network!

I'd leave no stars. But I can't. I don't need to write a review.. I agree with all the ones posted over the past couple of months. Absolutely ridiculous! Gone from being a great app to absolutely useless. I changed my contract like some others as I wasn't using it enough, now my bill is all over place.. I took a watch out because I was given a great deal. (Back again!) update. Srill won't load bills!! Why should I pay different amounts when I can't see a bill every month?!! 🙄Fix this!!
