It's horrible trying to manually pay bills on this app. It's not easy access and it's difficult to find and once you get to it, half the time it won't let you pay due to an app bug. I was charged 4 times in 1 month for my phone bill and trying to get a hold of customer service is atrocious unless you enjoy waiting on the phone for 3 hours after they transfer you 5 times.

App has lag. Unable to access billing overview, just endless cycle of trying to load bills but no success. Tried logging in online using Google Chrome and doesn't allow you to log in since signed in to app - giving error. signed out in the app and attempted to log in online again, but it is still the same error message. Cleared cache, still the same problem. Please fix your app to its full potential. Thanks.

Awful UI/ux design. This app doesn't scale to fit your screen so things get squished and hard to read or tap (I'm on a pixel 7) and the buttons are unresponsive or don't appear at all. Example: trying to buy a new phone I had to "fool" the "checkout" button to pop up because it disappears when you scroll to the bottom. It asked me for feedback, I gave it my number and it never texted me back.... Best part is it left "I want a new number" on by default. Why? Nobody wants that. Use a computer.
