Frustrating Experience. I can never place an order for pick-up. I'm constantly told Payment Failed (plenty of $$) or the address is wrong (it's not). I have to repeatedly change my order from shipping to pick-up. App can't ever remember my store and 9 out of 10 times when I search for something I just get a spinning blue wheel. Aggravating experience all the way around.

Frustrating App states free shipping w/$49+ purchase. Has shown this for weeks, but it never applies to my order over $49. Sent email to customer service and always get same response to "clear cookies and cache" or uninstall and reinstall app. They just need to fix the app and quit blaming our end. It use to work much better before the last few updates. They need a tech person on their end who knows what they are doing.

Hard to use (at best!), doesn't remember where you were in the search results when you return from viewing a product, forgets filter settings on searches, etc etc. Only good for using coupons or viewing sales/promos, and even that's a problem since the updates break it every other month. Kinda hate it TBH. EDIT: And they've now (2/5/2025) removed one of the functions that was actually useful; the "weekly ad" view. It HAD shown all current sales & the begin & end dates. :(
