I cannot open ANY transaction without the app crashing. This is happening even after clearing all app data, reinstalling the app, restarting the device several times. The website doesn't contain nearly enough information about purchases making the entire banking platform useless to manage expenses. This is something that should be fixed by Santander. And half a year later it is still an ongoing issue. Not to mention the foreign conversion issues that keep happening with the app.

The app needs a ton of work, like others have said the app isn't fully translated to English so some things will be in Spanish. I haven't been able to access money or anything because Santander Key constantly gets an error, can't register my signature without that working. The support line gives you a number that only provides Spanish support, trying to get online support wants you to have the key setup which I can't do my money is just sitting there. It's terrible

Using both this app and this bank is like wearing shoes backwards. It took them a month to not deliver a card, app is not translated to English. If you'd try tonreach support, they don't offer to choose language, so youd listen 3 min of something in Spanish without knowing if it leads anywhere. THE WORST experience with bank i ever had.
