All of a sudden, app has stopped responding. Unable to access on mobile. Goes into a hang after pin is entered. Statement "shield running at half-integration" pops up. But have not been able to log in for over a month. Before that all was well. Have been writing to SCB, I don't think their technical team knows what is wrong. They keep repeating the same steps and questions despite my multiple responses.

Total scam guys. Never ever opt for SC bank credit card or any other services. I was told no charges joining/annual, and later they charged me before even using the card for any payment. Customer service is the worst of all. Poor UI design. Interface developed by students would be better.

As a credit card user, I must express my disappointment with the SC mobile app's UI and user experience. It is undoubtedly the worst I've encountered. Navigating feels like running a marathon just to find basic functions. For instance, when searching for the credit card transaction controller, I was met with frustration as it was nowhere to be found within the app's menu. Resorting to the web-based help section only led me to instructions for another country's app, adding to the confusion.
