Our refreshed app makes it easier to log in with your fingerprint or PIN and check your cover details, keep on top of your extras limits and waiting periods, and find your nearest Members’ Choice provider and Medibank stores.

You can also use the Medibank app to:

• Make a claim.
• Update your account details.
• Request and download tax documents.
• Connect leading health and fitness apps to track steps, exercise, meditation, and sleep to earn Live Better Points.

To use the updated App, you’ll need to be a Medibank health insurance member. If you have Visitors Health Insurance, Working Visa Health Insurance or Overseas Student Health cover, you may not be able to use all the features.

Clunky, unreliable, interface is not good. Text for the messaging part is really small and hard to read, and the last time I use it the app kept crashing while I was trying to have a conversation with someone. The automated response system is TERRIBLE ("Help making a claim" "Sorry, I don't understand what you're saying" 😡). Worst part is that there's no option for doing it through the website. So bad it's making me want to drop Medibank.

Slightly easier than the Web page for some things, but there is no biometrics! user & password every time! Can't seem to accessed login settings page, can't get past authentication 🤷 Inundated with annoying pop ups that you must individually acknowledge/refuse when all you want is to access you bloody card.... An app is supposed to be convenient not waste a of time or deplete my patience. I might tolerate this if was free but is isn't! I pay for this via my membership, pick up you game! 😤😡

Changed my rating to 1 star after emailing back & forth with Jess. Absolutely pointless emailing them about issues. NO HELP NO SUPPORT. WELL DONE MEDIBANK!! It's not just about points Jess, it's about how the app doesn't work & sync with Google Fit like it should 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀ Useless after they changed the live better app to be a part of the Medibank app. It's constantly coming up with "something went wrong call the number". You can't access your points when you want to transfer them into rewards.
