I need to reinstall this app every 2-3 months!!!! It regularly stops working all together and the only way to fix is to rei stall! You also need to get new security code every so often which is annoying. The issue is still valid. I was forced to re activate twice within about an hour. Both whilst I am in the middle of chatting with vodafone agents.... terrible!!!

I signed up to have Vodafone as a backup service but ended up needing my main service as the backup for Vodafone. 😠 The app is ok when the service works but suffers from constant frustrating verification req's 🤬 which are sent to a number that was not receiving calls/txt 🙄 during the support interaction, which itself was slow and painful...6 hours of asking me "if it's working now" before escalation to a specialist, by which time I was done with Vodafone. One week, 2 issues, no service...fail

App will repeatedly ask for login details, even after entering correct details. Gets stuck in an infinite loops of loading and asking for login details. I've been with Vodafone in one form or another for close to 20 years. Recently, their technology and customer service have been atrocious. I think it's time to move on.
