I Love You But I Don't Trust You: The Complete Guide to Restoring Trust in Your Relationship

I don't remember how I stumbled across this book, but it came to me when I really needed it. Having just lived through a betrayal in my relationship and not seeing how I could trust again, this book has helped me so much! It gave me that light of hope at the end of the tunnel. It helped me cope when I felt as though I was going crazy, overcome the anger. Some days are still hard, but I've been able to forgive which has also helped me to trust again.

My firstbook from Mira Kirshenbaumand and I loved it, I will be looking for more. I'm going through some things almost down to the exact point and I love how she gives you pointers on how to fix the problems, they are reasonable and make a lot of sense. Great book for someone who struggles with trust issues, you won't be disappointed.
