About this ebook

In the elven city of Evingrad, Lucius Nostra suffers from recurring nightmares of a black dragon killed long ago. The frightening dreams signal the ominous return of Kraegyn and the dragons who wreaked havoc on the peoples of Azuleah. Confused and uncertain of his role in the gathering storm, Lucius joins his elf brother Siegfried on a perilous journey to reforge the Requiem Sword--the blade which once defeated Kraegyn.

Lucius’ quest will take him through the realms of elves, dwarves, and faeries. Though Lucius will gain allies on his mission and uncover secrets surrounding his past, can he survive long enough to stop Kraegyn’s ascension?

The Blade Heir is Daniel Adorno’s debut epic fantasy, which incorporates Christian values concerning sacrifice, redemption, and faith. It is the first book of the Azuleah Trilogy.

The Blade Heir was a great book that I wish was longer. As great of a read it is, I feel it could be better. Overall I doubt anyone interested in the genre will be disappointed. (I finished it in 2 days for anyone interested in knowing how long a read it is.)

I took a long time to actually download and read this because of it's description as a 'Christian' Epic. I am now very glad I did. This is an amazing story, an amazing 1st book of a trilogy and a very detailed and colorful world all together. The character's beliefs of fighting evil, being true to your friends and all around strength of character flow along as any hero in any of the great worlds, from Hogwarts to the Shire these ideas for here and make the story flow.
