This book starts off well with useful info and sets some intriguing preparatory tasks... which are never referred to again. There are a lot of recipes for the same dish (could be a burrito, a muffin, a frittata, depending on the shape in which you choose to cook it), and no shopping list of unusual foods is included. Perhaps it goes without saying, but it's never said(!) so in case you're wondering, if you are already navigating dietary restrictions, there is little room on the Paleo Diet for you.

Somehow it wasn't made clear to me that this was a cookbook. The free chapter made me believe the book was educative about paleo, with a few sample recipes in between. But more than 70% of the book is merely recipes. I was looking to learn in detail about the paleo lifestyle but I only got a short introduction in the first few chapters. Regardless this is a good book for those who have time and resources to cook. As for me who lacks both, most of the book is useless for now. Maybe one day in the future...

This is the second book I've bought that I've had problems with. The first one was missing part of a chapter but this time it was the whole book. I'll quit using this service if I can't get my book or my money back. I've noticed other people saying they are missing parts of their books. I can't rate the book if I can't read it.
