You know how people say if you lock a monkey in a room with a typewriter it will eventually write a classic. Well if you lock a greedy racist con artist who appeals to uneducated white people's fears in a room with a computer with spell check you would get this book.

How could someone review a book before its released? Google should really fix this. The first book was great and I've been eagerly awaiting the sequel for about 2 years!
