While the printed version of this book is certainly excellent, this electronic version is a complete waste of money. The pages have been scanned in as images instead of being converted to text. Which means you can't change fonts or adjust the font size, making the book all but illegible even on a 10.1" tablet. And since there's no text, you can't search, and there are no cross reference hyperlinks, making this reference work utterly worthless.

This book is the best I could find useful enough for teachers, reporters, geographers and weathermen mostly because of the pronunciations of the place names. Its only downside is that searching for an entry in it is a burden. I hope the publishers decide to issue an app for it.

Can,t open this book on my HTC Thunderbolt phone. Waste of money, and time. Message missing pages on server try again later. I already paid for this garbage, and can't use it.
