This book is a great example of Christian extremism. I read it when I was 20 (five years ago) and it had some good points and got me to examine my intentions, but when it goes on to the subject that any form of physical contact from the opposite sex is sinful and should be forsaken, that's when the red flags started raising. If you're so blinded by your love/faith for God and you don't want anyone taking that focus off Him, you're not gonna have any room to love someone else.

This is indeed a very good book. It really helped me to evaluate myself in pursuing a relationship with a girl. I really thanked God for the author's life, for inspiring and teaching others how to pursue a God-pleasing relationship and how to get back to God when we are in a relationship.

I had this book about 7 years ago and didn't follow the instructions that were written in it. I have since understood what he was saying and would save it for my daughter...
