A brilliant guide for beginners in eating and living a healthy lifestyle. I love that in her book she puts everything into everyday terms which makes all the scientific facts easier to understand. I also love that she has touched on all those common myths and is just so straight forward and honest.

Practicable, informative, fun.... A heap of useful tips, tools, knowledge and facts delivered in an easy to understand and grasp way! I sure have gained so much towards better health, fitness and mindset. It's not about how we look, but how strong our body, mind, spirit is to sustain us for our future! Love it! Will read and reread this book for sure!

This book changes the way u look at ur body, explains how ur body works and teaches u how to look after it through excellent nutritional choices. Very inspiring and motivating read it in two days. Loved it.

About the author

Cameron Diaz is a Hollywood actress and a former model. She made her feature film debut at the age of 21 in The Mask. Since then she has appeared in small-budget and blockbuster films alike, including There’s Something About Mary, Charlie’s Angels, Shrek, Gangs of New York and many more.

Her upcoming films include the Coen Brothers’ remake of Gambit, starring opposite Colin Firth and Alan Rickman, and Ridley Scott’s ensemble drama, The Counselor.

Cameron grew up in South California and now lives in Los Angeles.
