I enjoyed reading this as I nursed to remind me of all the valuable benefits of breastfeeding. It helped answer many of my questions and taught me a lot. I'll likely be checking in with the information again in the near future as a reference.

I read this book before my first baby was born and am so glad I did! It got me through a very rough first few months! Two years later I'm still breastfeeding!
