I wish I had read this book before graduating college. All the issues he discusses are things I faced during my job search and after I secured a job. He covers things from interview mentality to offer negotiation to dealing with intense work situations. It is presented in a way where you can learn how to indentify situations and people and how best to respond. Also the chapters are standalone so you dont need to read from A to B to understand the concepts or learn what you need to know.
