My sister gave this to me to read I've passed it on. I have compassion tatood on my right arm and I've been having dreams about healing since I got it. That's what really freaked me out about this book. I've been taking supplements for 4 months my brain and body are rapidly recovering from whatever was wrong. Malnutrition and maybe some unknown variation of EBV? Who knows but this book turned me on to healing myself thank you for this book Anthony and Spirit of Compassion :)
