About the author
William Beardslee has been practicing psychiatry in Boston for 30 years. He is the Gardner Monks Professor of Child Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and Psychiatrist-in-Chief at Boston's Children's Hospital. He lives in Massachusetts.
