I had misgivings about the data-set being so closely tied to one enterprise, but there is enough clarity here that I didn't feel that it was "ad-formation". The whole work seemed a bit light-weight, but there's not enough attention paid to the subject by anyone. A nice voyage into largely uncharted waters; worth the time spent.

I had a chance to look at the numbers derived from BlueHost customers. They could have exponentially increased their sample data by including other sources such as oloh, github, sourceforge, fantastico & softaculous. All in all, a very well sourced and cited epub for researchers and business decision makers.
