The content is fantastic and was extremely helpful to inform me as a future leader—but unfortunately the publisher does not allow this book to be shared on Google Play's Family Library. This was an unfortunate embarrassment. Further, anything I highlighted will not save to Google Drive, which further diminishes the value of purchasing this ebook.

Great book with a structural way to approach your first 90 days. Really I
enjoy the thought provoking questions. I only think they can improve in
creating more interactive or easier templates. Currently the templates
provided are a list of questions.

As a professional who has changed jobs and roles a number of times, the advice and structures provided in this insightful book are extremely relevant and worth the time to read and apply. Pick and choose to customize to your situation, but definitely pick up a copy - if you spent weeks interviewing, a couple hours preparing for your new role is very worth it.
