About this ebook

'Thanks to Brené Brown I learned how to be vulnerable... a life changer' Miranda Hart

The physics of vulnerability is simple: If we are brave enough often enough, we will fall. This is a book about what it takes to get back up and how owning our stories of disappointment, failure, and heartbreak gives us the power to write a daring new ending. Struggle can be our greatest call to courage and Rising Strong, our clearest path to deeper meaning, wisdom and hope.

Brene Brown's work always amaze me on how much it make me question about myself and life. This book is no difference, if you need to read it and are up for the challenge this book will be life changing. This fulfills one of the are that did lack on Brene's work: if we are going to fail so much if we go into the arena, how we deal with the process of going back in? This book explore what she learned about this topic on her own Rising Strong Processes and what she learned about other people who do it or are struggling to do it. It is a must read for anyone trying to be more councious about ourselves and how to get better, not only to impact ourselves but also change our surrounds (change our World). I would recommend to first explore at least Daring Greatly Book from Brene first, but I have bias since it had such a impact on my life. To end this review, if you are curious and searching for answers in how to be a better self, finding yourself on those pages is a good step foward your goal, let's all keep going in challeging the 'tradicional' and transforming ourselves!

I loved this book. Easy to read and comprehend. It has been a eye-opener and was a perfect read just before I started the STEPPS (Systems Training for Emotional Predictability and Problem Solving) program.

I like the concept of rising strong. Our lives are full of challenges, in rising strong you begin to think about getting your life back in order stronger instead of disparity.
