Mesmerising and desolate. Haunting and evocative. Rich images of the damaged living and of those who are long departed. Twists and turns and the sought after always just beyond grasp. DT has fully delivered yet again.

Gets off to a good start and then slowly goes down hill. I found myself skipping sentences and then whole paragraphs towards the end just so I could finish it.

Exciting page turner from the start til 3/4 of the book where the plot went all over the place followed by dissappointing end. Still a good read but don't put your hope to high.
