As a former Disney Cast Member and leader, I enjoyed reading this book. There wasn't any new information in it for me, but it reminded me of what I did on a daily basis at Disney and why I loved it so much. I'm already taking many of the lessons from this book and re-applying them to my daily routine. I'll also be sharing it with the other leaders at my workplace.

Great book with lots of great tips. I would recommend this book to anyone that is in a leadership role or anyone that is looking to grow as a leader.

He continues to speak and teach in leadership and professional development on behalf of the Disney Institute.
