About this ebook

THE HONORVERSE EXPANDS TO COMICS! Based on the bestselling military science-fiction novels by David Weber, this original comic book series introduces spaceship captain Honor Harrington on the eve of her execution. From prison, Honor relays her epic adventures, starting with a command outpost to a hellish backwater star system that ends up being the linchpin of an interstellar crisis that will bring war to her home planet. This series is part of a new multi-platform story world that includes a mobile game app to be released with the first issue and a feature film currently in development.

I thought the writing was fairly decent. However the art was generated by some kind of 3D program and then hastily painted over. I just wish the artist would have tried a bit harder to hide that.

I'd prefer the depth and detail of the novels. The limited visuals we've been given about the series via the cover art is sufficient for me. Considering I actually saw images I recognized from other works, I'd prefer to use my imagination as the medium with the limited glimpses of Honorverse visuals serving as the inspiration.
