I wish my phone came with a start- up wizard, but I got it used... I'm glad I found this book. I must set up voice activation and control for both online and offline for an older woman who has a bit of trouble seeing, can't use her left hand, and is old enough that she has trouble with the simplicity of today's technology. I am pretty new to mobil phone computing, so I have to research a great deal of information. It doesn't help that we got off-brand tablet phones...

I have had the new OS for 2 days and my phone has done nothing but crash. I keep getting kicked off my data and wifi therefore my messeage are not coming in or going out. My phone keeps overheating and overall not functioning. If you have the choice "DO NOT INSTALL" I have read that Verizon is having the most problems with the new upgrade so keep that in mind as well. I have Verizon and can say first hand that this horrible. I am going to uninstall.

I recently installed Lollipop 5.0.2 on my Nexus 7 (2013). I haven't had a single problem with the new OS. I play Nova 3 and Dead Trigger 2 on high visual settings and they run as smooth as they did on 4.4 Kit Kat. The book was a good read explaining the newer features of Lollipop.
