This book is free, but like anything electronic you need to setup an account. If you 1starred its because youve nvr used Google play. (c'mon technologically inept users.) I recommend you all read this book and learn to calm yourselves the hell down..

I've had this for a year, but just got done watching Andy's TED talk on meditation. Thinking the talk sounded a bit like this book/guide, I checked, and sure enough, same guy. This takes the mysticism out of meditation, and gives you a step-by-step guide to focus your mind in the moment and observe your thoughts, rather than be consumed by them.

So what you have to enter a cc. If you can't do something as simple as that then maybe you should stick to the library. Every 1star is for that. It's a wonder you people can get an android device. Go back to IOS. Let the grownups play here.
