I think that the ideas in the book are important and that controlling your breathing seems important. I am planning to try mouth taping at night. That said, the book spends too much time on stories and some of them are more general 'self-help' than anything else. You'll find yourself skipping multiple pages that don't add value. overall, understanding the concepts of the book feel important. I'd say your better off saving your money and catching him on youtube instead.
