Google, I am in Australia,. I own and legally purchased a Nexus 7 (2013). Can you please explain how this cannot be available in my country exactly..? You are selling the Nexus 7 (2013) in Australia both online and at retail. Please rectify situation. You are providing consumers who have bought or received one of these devices very little information other than the 2012 model book.

When one attempts to read the guide, it stops the user and informs them he or she must purchase the book, as they have reached the end of the preview. Regardless if you have downloaded it, stored it on the device, attempt to purchase (in which case one will be alerted to the fact they already own it), the notification will appear. Thank you, Google, for cataloging innumerable books from across the globe, and for showing us you can't provide your loyal users with their own device manual.

First 8 pages ONLY. Select "Buy" and it says "You already own this item." Google Wallet doesn't list it, nor does my Library. Have to search for it in Google Play just to get to it. Cannot find in file system to delete Sample to try and download again. Tried clearing Cache and Data from Book, Wallet and Play Services. Same problem.
