This is good. Always looking for something new to try and I love theres recipes my dad use to make as a kid growing up. Its just convince. I also love how the illustration is laid out. I hope they add to it.. Also this does have alot if basuc recipes but if have you children learning to cook this also good for them and there are recipes I hadn't seen in long time like I said there's alot in there my father made. Now hes gone so I never got that chance to learn some of them. I recommend this..

It's a free eBook that says IN THE DESCRIPTION that it's a collection of a number of other books. Of COURSE they're trying to sell you something, that's the whole point of a SAMPLER: to entice you into purchasing the items being sampled. The people who are bitching so hard just look stupid. It's Marketing 101 dummies. That said, the recipes look alright and I'll probably try out a couple of them.

So this is not a book per say just a short reference to other books showcasing a few recipes from each... If these recipes are the premier representation for each book count me out. If eating healthy means eating this same junk on a plate I'd rather die fat and diabetic. Thanks for scaring me away from the thought of being healthy.
