The Dude abides. This book is very humorous, but has several valid points that it raises at the same time. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good time and don't wanna take religion far too seriously.

I feel a little fatuous having a book, about a religion, that was birthed from a movie, have such an effect on my well being, but here we are, and I completely abide.

About the author
Oliver Benjamin is the founder of The Church of the Latter-Day Dude, better known as Dudeism - a religion with over 600,000 ordained "Dudeist Priests" worldwide. He wrote and illustrated The Tao of the Dude and The Dude De Ching, compiled and edited Lebowski 101 and co-wrote The Abide Guide, a Dudeist self help book. He is also a travel writer (The Outsider's Guide to Thailand), and a novelist (Holy Shit!). Unpublished novels include Big American Breakfast and Abyssinia.
