Casey is fast becoming one of the really great true crime writers, up there with the likes of Ann Rule, Greg Olsen, M.W. Phelps and similar.

This was a sad, addictive and great read. Casey has me reading the rest of her true crime now!

Great storytelling. I grew up with Kari and it was absolutely heartbreaking to hear of her "suicide". It was horrifying to hear that her husband had actually murdered her and made her children believe that their mom had deliberately left them. Justice for Kari, at last!

She's the author of seven previous true crime books and the creator of the highly acclaimed Sarah Armstrong mystery series.
