Read the first 5 chapters in 45 min. These chapters totally revolutionized my perceptions of fitness, eatting well and why cardio is a lie for weight loss. Its nice that he starts off with this information before tge program...the first few chapters are good for constant review and reminders.

Cuts through the nonsense of marketing. Educates/reminds you of just how simple nutrition and strength training really is. The only hard part is pushing yourself to do it. Bodyweight training works you harder than any piece of equipment ever could
