This book is great a treasure chest full of spiritual gems some brilliant at first glance others will take time to dig through to uncover the depth of their full meaning some statements are products of the persons living in this time period which I didn't quite understand or agree with but the Desire of God and changing one's relationship with God is certainly felt and felt with great insights

A timeless collection of some of the best pieces of literature that inspires even the most calloused hearts. The way he describes his relationship with God is so inspiring that it makes you long for that kind of walk with God. This is a short book, but is packed full of truth. A good addition to this book is Brother Lawrence's Spiritual Maxims.

Never before have I read a book that could earnestly move me. This reading deeply tugged at my heart. I feel growth in my walk with God, and I look forwsrd yo reading it many times again.
