If you want to create authentic small groups based on principles and bonds, read this book. It's a refreshing taste of realness when there are so many books that focus on methodology and "21-things-you-need-to-do-in-your-20s" etc. A few of us read this and the book has been transformational because the application is just so simple and doable in a rushed society lately. It's principle based and keeps everything down to earth, so don't expect too much theology, but handles and principles that you can roll by. Starts with who you are, with what you have.
