I find the app to be not has bad as people say, although it's not on the same level as Netflix and likes, it's very workable. I'm writing because it's no longer possible to stream 5.1 audio since a few weeks, only 2.0 stereo surround. UPDATE: No answer to email after 1.5 months. Deleted and reinstalled the app on both Android devices and experienced same issue. Perhaps downgrading certain users to DD 2.0 only was a corporate decision...

NOT USER FRIENDLY, and it's just trash now for some reason? Subtitles are an issue, Audio flux issues in some content, glitching out, having to reboot it because it won't autoplay the next episode of something. Even selecting normal functions like search, it backs me to a different screen but lets you search the third time I select it. And for god sakes could we navigate to the episode and season list when you resume an episode? I have to fight the search all over again to get into it smh

When will Crave update its interface to not be so incredibly clunky and difficult to navigate? It consistently takes ages to load, does not move easily from one show to the next, requires you to search for a show you've already watched on order to see the listing of episodes, and often requires restarting the app as a whole (most often meaning i have to reboot my tv) in order to get it unstuck. It's a very frustrating experience to use, and makes me want to not pay the expensive price to use it.
