It plays an add even before being able to login into my paid account. If I would not already have a pair account this would be a reason to switch to another provider. I also miss the possibility of minimizing the video to an overlay and being able to listen to s tv show while the phone is locked.

This app is always broken, on my phone and smart TV. So frustrating! It's really annoying to have a subscription that's impossible to watch. The way it logs out of my account on the TV regularly is also annoying. "Technical difficulties" indeed.

The option to download recordings is there but has never worked for me. With the terrible buffering, this makes watching recordings on the road impossible. This is really frustrating.
