App is no longer working as a remote. It keeps telling me to connect to in home wifi for certain channels when I am at home and connected to the wifi. This was a great help as we have two televisions connected to one box via a splitter and use the app to change channels from the other room as needed. Now this feature isn't working.

I'm very unhappy with the new DVR/converter box that I was forced to switch to by Spectrum. The only thing that got my rating up to 2 stars is this DVR allows me to record up to 4 programs, rather than 2, and has a much higher capacity. What I don't like is: - many buttons need to be pressed where fewer buttons used to do the job. - recordings won't overlap, so I frequently miss a few seconds at the end of a show. - The DVR is no longer accessible from the app or on line.

Excruciatingly non-intuitive (or even moderately easy to comprehend) interface! Try figuring out how to record a show, even one that's currently playing. Also doesn't list some major, not obscure, channels that I watch often, and eventually can find by marching through all of the possibilities. I hate the prospect of using this app whenever I have to use it to record a program, and all the hoops you must leap through to delete any recordings that, by some miracle, you do manage to record!
