It's fine, it redials, except it gives up after 5 tries, and it doesn't allow you to multitask (read: it stops attempting to connect if you switch to another app). So if you're trying to get through, sayyyy, to the NY Department of Labor, and you've already tried close to a thousand times, don't use this unless you want to just sit there and keep re-hitting the number every few minutes for days on end.

I was able to connect to the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation center using this app. I had to try about one hundred plus redials. I used the free version. My only issue, thus the four stars, was with the setting for "Speaker Phone On While Redialing" option. I turned this on, however, my speakerphone never engaged. Fortunately, I was in a relatively quiet room. I was able to listen to the sounds coming from the internal speaker without too much difficulty. I like that the program allowed me to save the PA UC number. I hope I don't have to use this program again, no offense!

app quit working after updating removed itself from my phone and I had to reinstall. now it doesn't work right. I placed a call and it didn't open after I got a busy signal. check the settings and they were the same as I had them previously. reinstall again and still not working. also UI sucks. Update: developer has older APK on their website and it works like it used to. Just watch out for updates, as you will have to uninstall the app and reinstall the apk if it updates itself.

Can you try resetting the Busy seconds to greater than 0. Something like 60 Secs. The recent Android policy forced us to not use call logs
