So this is how the app works: #1. Works fine. #2. Suddenly and randomly stops updating points balances and past transactions. #3. Shows a 'last updated 2 days ago' message, or similar. #4. I try signing out and logging back in. #5. App won't log in. #6. I have to use my physical card again until suddenly and randomly in the next week or so, it logs back in. #7. Repeat. It's a shame since it's such a good loyalty program, but the app is pretty frustrating to use.

Thank you for your review Mark. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Please make sure you are using the most up to date version of your devices operating system, as well as the app. If you have changed your login to your email address and a password, you would also need to use this on our app.

Why offer flash reward, then say up to 120 days to add to your account? That's not flash! You owe me quite a lot of points and no idea when they will show up. No wonder so many places are ditching air miles. It's not a receipt morons. I earned 1 air mile at Metro. Where are my 50 air miles. I uploaded a receipt, where are my 75 air miles? Nothing to verify! You already gave me the qualifying air miles so it's a no Brainer!

You may have earned the base MILES, from Metro the 50 bonus Miles will take up to 6 weeks to post however with AIR MILES receipts you must upload the receipt on qualifying products which if not posted automatically for the product we will review and the Flash offer for 75 Miles will post in the separate transaction

App stopped working. Conveniently when the carousel of dreams is going on. I can't log in. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but still can't log in. App sends me to a browser window, after I attemp to log in I am returned to the Log in/Sign up screen. Before I signed out, the app would say I was unable to update offers and points balance, last update +2 weeks ago.
