I'm very stingy with my 5 star ratings, however I have to say the few times I have had to use it were pretty easy. There were couple times I ended up canceling help request because it was going to take the person very long time to arrive. Can't put that against verizon since they're just the middle man, although adding more service technicians to the network would help. Other than that, the app works just fine. *Don't let this make you too confident Verizon, I still expect more 😆*

The service has not been 1 star, but the app absolutely has been. Stranded in the side of the road, app continously crashes. No update, cleared it, did everything possible. Shame on Verizon for not having another way to access from within your online account. When you call, you get told repeatedly to download the app, and then sent s link to continue in the app that doesnt work. When you actually get the service it has been helpful, but the app is a nightmare.

Used it once, worked well. Next time zi tried use it, it was stuck in the last "rescue" andvthere was no way to cancel it. I tried, ut failed. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall. This second instance I gad to call in, gsd a person who couldn't get the address right. Eventually spelled out every eorld in the address to get help on the way. Get a text for an hour and a half out, the driver called and couldn't communicate clearly. Very frustrating. I would avoid the app and just walk home.
