As a foreigner: expensive & useless. Goes nowhere outside the small center of Belgrade & costs way too much compared to how it functions. If you're a tourist or temporary resident here, just walk or figure out the bus/tram system, it will be quicker & more cost effective than this service, especially with local traffic. Also can't set up an account before you arrive in Serbia & get a SIM card, so if you have a late arrival at the airport, be prepared with a lot of cash so you can get a taxi.

Dear Brandon, we apologize if our service did not meet your needs. Regarding the SIM card, it is not necessary for you to have a Serbian card; it is sufficient to set your location on your phone to be in Serbia. When it comes to prices, they are in line with market rates. Best regards, CarGo team

It works good for what is supposed to do but it doesn't do quality of life well. For example, it doesn't remember your addresses, you have to type in the entire address every time, it does not have names of the businesses or locations but only does straight addresses, you can not favorite address, stuff like that. It just feels like v1.0. Looking forward to v3.0.

Lately it seems that I can't get a ride. It is super inconvenient when you have to change between classes because they don't have the business or eco class near by and then you have to retype the addresses over and over again. It's becoming a thing every day. Users that use the platform couple of times a day don't deserve this hassle. The whole point is to be hassle free and convenient. Similar platforms oversees are not this difficult to use.
