This is not a user-friendly app. When I tried to cancel service from the phone number given in the app, AT&T couldn't connect because they were having problems with their service. So I tried chat support in the app, input cancel service, and the message failed to send check internet connection. I tried both on wifi and mobile data. Got the same message. I then typed I would like to add 15 phones and was immediately met with a message to chat with a person. I hate this app and company.

I'm dizzy from all the spinning and going around in circles with this app. Since I've switched providers, it's been a total headache. It always take me to a page where my bill is, without fail. If I find a troubleshooting question, that's when all the spinning starts and it still doesn't answer your question. If I didn't need the phone, I'd bury it 6ft under, for sure.

Painfully slow and convoluted. It looks really good but very frustrating to deal with. Its like they've proprietized the way people normally and intuitively interface with their app. Navigation is extremely frustrating because on the surface, the app genuinely appears streamlined, but everything operates in a "shell"from within the app... it creates redundancy and lag. It's the interface equiv to using automated phone support. It counters it's intended convenience. It's easier to just call.
